you need to know about making a booking:
Hopeman Lodge is open all the year round except Christmas and New Year.
From January 1st 2008 the prices will be as follows:
Each flat is £395 per flat per week; Saturday to Saturday (from
4pm on arrival day to 10 am on departure day).
Short breaks (minimum of 2 nights,
maximum 4 nights) - not available during school holidays - £50
per flat per night.
Please note that smoking is not permitted
inside the house for insurance and safety purposes. One well-behaved,
house trained, preferably clean and tidy pet may be allowed by prior
arrangement; a surcharge of £10 will apply because of the extra
cleaning involved at the end of your stay.

All prices
are per flat per week. The week runs from Saturday, arriving after
4pm, to the following Saturday, vacating the rooms by 10.00am.
Please advise us if you will be arriving later than 4pm.
The bedlinen
and towels are provided; the price includes heating and the use of our
laundry facilities if required. A cot (with cot linen) is also available
on request.
Each flat has a living room, bedroom(s), kitchenette and bathroom, furnished
and fully equipped to Tourist Board 2 star standards. You will have
your own door key and the flats are spacious and private. Please advise
us if you need a cot on booking.
The flats are all electric, with cooker, refrigerator, microwave and
heaters. Hot water is supplied from the flats' new boiler.
